Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales and Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for planning and executing events while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in planning and organizing events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

- Conduct site tours and provide information on available services, packages, and pricing.

- Prepare proposals and contracts and ensure proper documentation.

- Coordinate logistics with vendors, including catering, décor, audio/visual, and entertainment.

- Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure effective execution of events.

- Provide on-site support during events to guarantee a seamless experience for clients and guests.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote the banquet hall and its services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in event planning, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
