Description:Will perform field work as assigned: including topographical, boundary, high definition scanning or construction staking.Responsibilities: Organizes and performs the field work to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Interpretation of construction plans. Responsible for electronic data collection and field notes. Knowledgeable in and/or operation of all surveying equipment. Performs field surveying duties not requiring a licensure.Will also spend time in the office during winter season or slow times, helping with Survey CAD drafting. Projects could be residential, municipal, land development, and/or industrial, and projects are mainly in the Ann Arbor and surrounding areas.Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES: 3 or more years of experience as either a Survey Crew Chief or a Survey Crew memberExperience doing topographical, boundary, high definition scanning, and construction stakingAbility to travel to job site all around SE MichiganValid Drivers LicenseBONUS: 3 years or more as a Crew ChiefSurvey CAD experienceAssociates or higher degreeExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
