- Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years? experience with information security programs, governance, asset management, or data management processes
- 3 years? experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Python, R or other data analysis tools
- 5 years? experience with information security programs, project or program management, governance, asset management, or data management processes
- 5 years? experience with one or more security compliance frameworks: AICPA Trust Principals (SSAE 18 - SOC 1 and 2), NIST CSF, ISO 27000 Series, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, SANS CIS Critical Security Controls, regulations governing personally identifiable information (PII), and other regulatory compliance frameworks
- 5 years? experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Python, R or other data analysis tools
- Understanding of Information Security constructs (e.g., encryption, identity and access, risk analysis, threat hunting, vulnerability management, DLP, IDS/IPS, governance, exploitations, threat landscape)
- Knowledge of IAM, EC2, S3 Buckets, VPC, and Cloudtrail logs
- Knowledge of Agile Framework
- Proficient with AWS, Azure, and/P
- Ability to build deep and influential relationships with audience and business partners
- Monitor events, investigate potential issues, analyze the risk of identified issues and work with appropriate teams to develop solutions to correct critical issues
- Audit access throughout systems/applications and ensure access is at appropriate levels
- Analyze systems, security controls and event logs to detect nefarious activity
- Build documentation of existing processes and exceptions based on audit findings
- Test new technologies during proofs of concept to ensure that product claims and abilities meet the company's needs
- Collaborate with team engineers and architects to ensure security of new projects

- Act as mentor to information security team members
- Coordinate periodic testing of information security-specific processes, such as incident response plans
- Coordinate investigation and response of security incidents
- Audit many of our company?s security controls to ensure they are working correctly
- Contribute to vision of information security tools and processes with an eye toward the future
- Translate existing controls and concepts into audits to determine control effectiveness
