Create and implement conversion strategies to successfully migrate data from legacy platforms into middle office platforms.
Coordinate and drive the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestones
Create data maps to show the flow from legacy systems to in-house system using existing functionality and processes
Drive the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design. client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenance
Lead issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation processes

Head all conversion events which includes some weekend activity and off hours
Serve as client facing lead for all conversion related activity
Serve as an SME speaking to details as required while managing multiple processes
Manage Conversion events like Damp runs, Dry runs and Dress rehearsals which leads up to the GO live conversion
Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectation
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of relevant Financial Industry Experience required, preferably Investment Management, Asset Management
Experience in implementation of large client onboardings with complex architecture, multiple teams and functionalities.
Experience in Migration of data into Front office and middle office systems.
Exposure to Charles River or any other front office systems is preferred
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access skills, as well as Microsoft Project or other project management software experience
Solid understanding of Data Warehouses and Databases including SQL
High Level knowledge or experience in Capital markets including Middle & Back Office, Securities, Bank Loans, IBOR /ABOR, Transaction Mgmt or system knowledge of Eagle, Eagle Star, PAM, Portia, WSO or other is expected.
Experience owning initiatives / projects related to Middle & Back Office Client On boarding
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
