- Support evaluation of business operations to determine best improvement options including automation, process improvement, sourcing changes, and realignment of resources
- Identify business benefits, create a business case and benefit realization plan for improvement projects
- Define & manage project plan
- Support the development of KPIs in collaboration with business leaders to measure operational performance and project success
- Influence business leaders and stakeholders to adopt best practices and collaborate to transform business functions
- Assist organizational leadership in evaluating and optimizing management routines
- Analyze process and engagement related data
- Support building an engagement pipeline
- Help to build Lean capability across business teams
- Facilitate the evaluation of risks and controls associated with all improvement implementations
- Assist in building action plans to required for implementation and address risks and implement controls
- Collaborate with operational leadership and subject matter experts to build and align change management plan e.g., ( Customer Impact, Employee/vendor impact, Policy and Procedure impact, Communication plan, Required training, Change acceptance plan)
