- ITIL Certification v3?
- Proficiency in creating visual design diagrams and process flows using Microsoft Visio or Signavio?
- Proficiency in administration and management of IT service management tools (Jira Service Management)?
- Promote and market continued participation in ITIL processes?
- Analyze incident, problem and change data to create meaningful reports?
- Development of an IT dashboard?
- Perform deep dives and root-cause analysis on major outages?
- Perform follow-up activities associated with problem management?
- Participate in the change review process and vendor performance reviews?
- Aid in the detection and prevention of unauthorized changes?
- Perform continuous service improvement activities?
- Coordinate, identify and translate business requirements into ITSM?
- Enhance, formalize, and standardize ITSM processes and procedures?
- Provide solutions regarding incidents, changes and problem management?
- Analyze long-term reports for root-cause and system-wide trends? ?
- Analyze data after solutions are implemented to track outcomes, ensure effectiveness, and determine opportunities for continuous improvement?
- Participate in vendor performance reviews
- Participate in the development of a CMDB?
