Assess effectiveness of IT controls in accordance with NIST 800-53 criteria, and FISCAM methodology.

Work directly with clients to develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and validation of deficiency remediation.

Manage third party risk through monitoring of service providers, SSAE 18/SOC reports, Complimentary User Entity Controls testing/remediation.

Understand Risk Management Framework through policy development and implementation guidance/training.

Participate in the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.

Perform project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others.

Provides coaching to junior staff.

We help to reveal greater insights for improved operations and decision-making.Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, information technology/systems, business, finance, or another business-related field.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

2+ years of experience performing IT audits and/or auditability assessments.

2+ years of experience in reviewing, analyzing and validation of IT information.

Knowledge of IT controls and audit including FISCAM, NIST 800-53, FFMIA, SOX or OMB A-123 Appendix D.

Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff.

Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

Familiarity with U.S. government financial accounting systems.

Consulting experience in any of the following areas: business process improvement, financial system audit, cybersecurity policies and procedures, etc.

Certifications including CISA, CPA, CDFM, CGFM, CFA, CIA.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
