Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Identity & Access Management Engineer (CIAM) to join a large financial services client in Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC. This person will be responsible for helping manage the Radiant Logic platform, resolving tickets for data issues, and providing solutions for a backlog of incident reports across the organization. They will be expected to join triage calls and pick up other tickets as assigned. Communication skills and a go-getter attitude is a critical requirement of the role. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/ .Skills and RequirementsMUST HAVE2+ years engineering experience with Radiant LogicStrong scripting ability (Bash, Shell, Python, etc)Proficiency with LDAP processes and virtual directory knowledgeBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field of study preferred, or equivalent experience.Experienced handling ticket requests (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.) and resolving day to day triage issues PLUSHands on Cloud experience with AWS console experience is preferred.Demonstrable experience in IAM is required and Customer IAM experience is beneficial.Experience in leading technical teams on projects and resolving incidents.Experience with complex systems integrations, high availability solutions, highly performant systems, and meeting rigorous SLAs.DevSecOps, Container deployments, Automation, and Cloud deployment pattern experience is a plus.Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, C, and/or C# experience.Hands on experience with Apigee, Jenkins, Terraform, Jira, Confluence is desirable.Modern mature API design and developmentCISSP, CISM or CISA preferred. nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
