- 3 + years of Experience with Genesys pure cloud experience.
- 5+ Years of Experience with Software Development Job family.
- Strong core Java fundamentals
- Experiences with Genesys SDK’s Java and Genesys IWD solution data capture points (web service database capture File Capture etc.)
- Good Understanding of Genesys IWD solution with Hands on experience in Genesys rules system (GRDT GRAT) Rules Orchestration
- Good Understanding of Genesys Workforce Management application and WFM Web services endpoints.
- In depth understanding Real Time and Historical Reporting (PULSE/Infomart/ICON etc)
- Good Understanding of Genesys Framework and Management components
- Good Understanding/experience on Genesys Framework components deployment (IWD Rules etc) & different component layers
- Understanding of architecture and design principles across all systems
- Strong core Java with Proficiency in one or more programming languages with hands on Java/J2EE/Spring Framework & REST Web service Implementation experience
