The insight provided by your work will have a direct influence on client success and will inform how we drive growth. Everyday you play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our team; helping to move things forward and provide consistent value to our clients.To thrive in the role, you must have experience working directly with clients and have a healthcare background. 80% of your day you are interacting directly with clients.Responsibilities

Coordinate new client implementations

Proactive tracking and execution of implementation steps across all stakeholders, internal and external

Advocate for client success by creating client program performance reports and proactively identifying strategies for improvement regularly with client

Deliver the best client service and support by helping clients troubleshoot, triage, and resolve requests quickly and effectively

Prepare frequent ad-hoc reports/analyses, troubleshooting for external 340B entity clients, business partners, and internal teams (e.g. sales) as needed

Provide feedback on product development as needed

Act as the “voice” of the client to our sales, product development, and internal operations teams, to ensure the clients are supported and heard

Report and present on our progress to various internal and external leadership

Required Qualifications

2+ years client-facing experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in client success type role. You’ve worked directly with a portfolio of clients to implement programs and ensure engagement success

4+ years of healthcare experience

Ability to independently prioritize work, creatively and proactively problem-solve and deliver results when opportunities abound

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $64,657.00 - $80,821.00 per year .
