Role: Calibration Engineer
Location: Detroit, MI (100% onsite, local candidates or willing to relocate)
Job Type: Contract (C2C/W2)
Pay Rate: $50/hr C2C or $42/hr W2

Oversee supplier development activities and participate in assessment committees.
Conduct calibration and validation for powertrain systems (e.g., engine, gearbox).
Perform and analyze testing (e.g., idle speed, driveability, anti-lock, gear changes).
Ensure compliance with calibration standards and delivery milestones.
Generate test reports and analyze issues during development.
Calibrate and validate various engine components, drivability systems, and emissions standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure proper integration of calibrations.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience with Inca, MDA, Creta, Concerto, and Optisim environments.
Knowledge of electrical concepts and control systems (e.g., PID).
Valid driver’s license and inter-system engine expertise.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
