To operate and supervise the assigned facility’s commissary management program per the facility contract specifications and per the direction of the Commissary ManagerWhat you'll be doing:
Assist the Commissary Manager in all aspects of the day to day commissary operation
In the first half of the shift, assist commissary workers with the picking of commissary orders, also transitioning to oversee the commissary attendants with the delivery of commissary orders
Drive the delivery vehicle to and from the warehouse and Wayne facility
Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, and commissary partners, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations.
Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives.
What we're looking for:Must-haves:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
At least two years’ foodservice experience.
Proven track record of financial responsibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Nice-to-haves:
ServSafe Manager certification.
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
