Role: Agile Coach Location Onsite at Detroit, MI or Dallas, TX Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description- Top three skills to perform this role: Agile Coaching, DBT Journey experience, Leadership They are looking for seasoned Agile Coaches who can guide scrum teams but also product managers on Agile Ways of working. SAFe Agile knowledge is a plus, people who have done coaching and have delivered Agile DBT programs - Agile is project management approach that focuses on using short development cycles (called 'sprints') that allow projects to adapt to rapidly changing environments, in a highly collaborative manner. The Agile Coach is the person who is responsible for creating and improving these agile processes within a team or a company.
