Under immediate supervisor, the Administrative Assistant provides coordination and support the operations of the team. This position includes a high volume of data entry.  The job interfaces frequently with peers and managers and occasionally with customers.  Ensure all tasks are in compliance with applicable Federal, State, and Local Department of Transportation regulations as well as compliant with all policies, practices and procedures.Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):    Provide coordination and support for daily operations of facility including data management
    Track waste shipments with disposal facilities
    Manage and distribute information in an administrative office environment
    Manage the office phone. Answer and reroute all incoming phone calls
    Manage life cycle of printed manifests, including Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs) associated paperwork and labels - printing, CC Scanning, mailing to customers and mailing to states
    Sign manifests that end at the facility and create billing packets (based on location permitting and need)
    Enter order updates which add to any required Transportation, Supplies, or Demurrage charges once the waste and documentation arrive at the facility
    Perform office administrative tasks - maintain electronic and paper files, rosters, contact lists; accurately update files, reports, spreadsheets and documentation; sort and distribute mail
    Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
