Responsibilities Include:
Supervise and coordinate all technicians
Oversee all documentation and compliancy
Give all clients the “WOW” experience
Business Development
Ensuring our financial goals are met and maintained
Requirements:
Must have professional water mitigation manager experience
Must have a strong understanding of financials in business
Must have a solid skill set of team building
Must possess a true knack for leadership and training others
Must have industry software knowledge which includes but not limited to Dash, Xactimate & QuickBooks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Water damage restoration: 3 years (Required)
Mold remediation: 1 year (Required)
