United Mortgage Lending, a firm established by previous retail home lending executives with more than 25 years of collective experience in the financial sector, is looking to hire a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)
Position: Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)
In this role, the MLO serves as a representative, offers product and service information, and promptly resolves client account issues with precision and effectiveness. Position Details:
We provide daily fresh leads, pay for licensing fees, offer growth opportunities, and promote a healthy work-life balance. Work hours are flexible, either 8-5pm or 9-6pm from Monday to Friday in a positive, non-micromanaging, and supportive work environment. We provide competitive commission and a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
The role involves managing high volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, exceeding sales goals and objectives, building sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships through effective communication, and providing accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools. The MLO is also responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining customer interaction records, processing customer accounts, and adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding quotas, possesses strong phone handling and active listening skills, familiarity with CRM systems and practices, customer service orientation, adaptability to interact with diverse personalities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A high school diploma is required.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly pay of $5,000.00 - $20,000.00. In terms of benefits, we offer a 401(k) plan, flexible schedule, and professional development assistance.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule includes an 8-hour shift, day shift, from Monday to Friday.
