DRC Cleaning Solutions is a multi function service company with services ranging from janitorial, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and fire/water restoration. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to provide bookkeeping and office management services at our new Romulus facility.
Qualifications
Preferably the candidate has a college degree
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent attendance and communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Exceptional attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities
Calculate charges for misc services.
Processing of accounts receivable
Processing for accounts payable
Track all collection attempts and consistently follow-up on active cases
Daily filing and data entry
Ability to understand contract terms to produce monthly invoices and collect payment
Provide weekly, monthly and annual reports to management
Produce monthly bills in a timely manner and audit for accuracy
Conduct other tasks as needed or assigned
Manage and oversee the day to day functions of the office staff
