We're seeking a Senior Technical Integration Lead with deep Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise to architect and orchestrate the modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native powerhouses. This individual thrives in dynamic environments and possesses the vision to anticipate and address future challenges.Key Responsibilities:

Project/Program Management:

Lead and manage cloud migration projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget constraints.

Develop and manage detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and Google Cloud representatives to facilitate seamless migrations.

Oversee the assessment, planning, and execution of application migrations, including infrastructure, data, and application layers.

Understanding of Program Financials, Product Total cost of ownership, Cost Optimization.

Develop Portfolio macro tech rationalization Point of views by working with PDOs and supplier partners

Provide technical guidance on cloud architecture, security, and performance best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, working with technical teams to identify and implement solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary contact for PDOs/ Skill Team SPCOs, providing regular updates on migration progress, risks, and issues.

Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

Risk and Compliance:

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate challenges during the migration process.

Ensure migrations comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct post-migration reviews to assess success, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.

Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate and enhance migration processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated with GCP updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into migration strategies.

Share knowledge and mentor team members to build internal expertise and capabilities.

Focus on process consistency and execution rigor

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Information Technology, sciences or a related field.

25+ Years of overall IT experience, Global Delivery Lead Experience.

Must have proven experience in managing cloud migration projects, especially with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Must have Technical Know-How of GCP services such as Cloud Run, OpenShift, IAM, Apigee, Global Load Balancers, and PostgreSQL and implementation.

Must have strong understanding of cloud architecture, application migration strategies, and data center operations

Must have excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Must have strong technical expertise in GCP services and cloud architecture.

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Willingness to travel as needed to support project activities.
