This People Leader will manage a team of Oncology Practice Clinical Liaisons (PCL). S/he is responsible for implementing and overseeing our current Oncology Medical Home+ value-based programs and future enhancements to other oncology solutions and oncology health care programs.How you will make an impact:
Ensures information is developed and communicated to appropriate parties regarding health care programs, procedures, changes, and government mandated disclosures.
Recommends benefit plan changes to management.
Ensures compliance with departmental policies and procedures. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum 7 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Highly preferred skills and experiences:-People leadership experience-Experience as a Nurse RN or Pharmacist RPh with clinical expertise in oncology clinical care and oncology medications and therapies-Leadership experience in an Oncology Clinical Practice.-Account Management experience for Provider type clients-Value-Based Contracting for Oncology CareFor candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $114,400.00 to $205,920Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
