We are hiring a mostly remote 3rd shift Customer Service Associate. This is a contract to hire position with a large American logistics company. The ideal candidate will have Spanish fluency, customer service experience, and be a great communicator. Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Friday | 10 PM - 6:30 AMsalary: $23 - $24 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesWe are hiring a Customer Service Associate who is fluent in Spanish.Responsibilities could include:
Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.
Communicate with associates from other shifts
Complete daily logs and checklists
Work with customers to resolve any transportation issues
