You will go in 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday inoffice) WFH2 days a week - Wednesday and Friday. 8-5pm. Non negotiable for work from home days.1 hour lunch. 2-15 minute paid breaks. Job Overview: You will assist with multiple projects, working with customers (mainly Home Depot & Lowes) - Example: If Home Depot sends a request to the team statingthey are expecting 50 items that need to be updated (let's say the size), thisteam is expected to update the order. In this role, Contractor will also take inboundphone calls from homeowners ("do it yourselfers") that customers(Home Depot or Lowes) may not be able to assist. Data Management and working within the companyportal will be a large portion of this role Regular communication with team/supervisor, as wellas daily communication with other departments They will to communicate back with customer often:Inbound and Outbound.Additional Skills & Qualifications:NICE TO HAVES:
SAP experience.
