The Role:AnthroMed is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Clio, Michigan! We are looking for an SLP who is excited about becoming an integral part of the school community and building positive relationships with the team. Caseload Details:This SLP will support a variety of ages and populations:
Early Childhood walk-in
4th-5th grade students
Middle/High School students in the CI Program

SLP Responsibilities:
Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plans
Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs
Develop IFSPs that are compliant
Conduct and analyze assessmentsto determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills
Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings
Develop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvement
Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines
Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid MI license through LARA
Prior school experience
