- Able to regularly lift 50 pounds or more
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within the state of Michigan for jobs (gas paid)
- Occasional overnight travel within the state of Michigan for bigger jobs (expenses paid)
- Legal to work in the state of Michigan
