Make a connection with each driver and prevent/ solve issues and concerns before they become deal breakers to ensure maximum driver retention.
Job Duties:
Compliance Monitoring
Distribute Safety Training Materials
Promote, track, and reward driver metrics
Driver DQ File Management
Maintain Drivers Lounge
Coordinate local promotional events
Coordinate in house events, breakfast events/ Christmas parties etc.
Screen driver applicants
Schedule and assist with driver interviews
