Automotive Service Writer/Customer Service

Dagwood's Auto Repair is looking for a Automotive Service Writer/Customer Service person in our Mt Pleasant location. Hours are from 8AM to 5PM, M-F. You need to have good people skills, patience and grit. Service writing can be stressful, especially if we are busy, and we do get busy. You need good typing skills, the aptitude to handle multitasking, and good navigational computer skills. Knowledge of Mitchell 1 is not necessary, but would help tremendously. This is for an automotive service garage, so knowledge of anything automotive would help, but not necessarily required.
