This position is responsible for day-to-day staff assignments for LPNs, RNs, and RCAs. This position works closely with Nursing Administration to ensure appropriate unit staffing according to the collective bargaining agreements for voluntary and mandatory overtime, seniority vacations, incidental annual leave/sick leave, and holiday scheduling. Demonstrates proficiency in the following Microsoft programs: Word, Excel and Access to develop and maintain computer programs for Nursing Office needs and scheduling.Data entry and reporting such as:

records/reports/monitors nursing staff unsatisfactory work performance in the area of time and attendance and lost time for Nursing Administration.

records/reports regarding mandatory and voluntary overtime of nursing staff.

Records/reports other data as assigned.
