This position is located at the Corewell Health Service Center, off site from the hospital setting. This position involves monitoring multiple patients simultaneously via video system. The first line of action is to verbally redirect and coach the patient from engaging in at risk behaviors; summons the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance; knowledgeable and supportive of patient and institutional confidentiality and related hospital policies.How we will care for you, while you care for our patients
