As the Finance Manager supporting our Co-Manufacturing network you will drive cost savings strategies, growth opportunities and operational efficiency. Supply Chain business partners will look to you to advise on financial matters and provide input from a financial perspective on business decisions. Your ability to drive performance and exceed business objectives will serve you well as you deliver insights and clear communication. Complex Analysis – Do you have a passion for analytics? In this role, you’ll perform complex financial analyses as well as generating models to support strategic initiatives. You ’ ll use these insights to make recommendations to senior management across functions and categories. Attention to detail and strong analytics decision making is key to your success!
Partnerships, Profits, Plans, and Process – We believe in collaboration! In a consultative capacity, you ’ ll interact with Supply Chain leadership to ensure financial goals and strategies are achieved. We ’ re looking for you to deliver and integrate plans for execution excellence as well as develop complex financial analysis insights and solutions.
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Projects – It ’ s about having an Owner ’ s Mindset. You ’ ll be managing the execution and completion of projects, key due dates, identification of opportunities and risks, and financial metrics. You ’ ll also frame ad-hoc reporting requests and interface across Regional GBS (Global Business Services) and GBS organizations.
People Management – Contributing to the overall learning of the Finance team, you’ll share best work practices and oversee 1 direct report. Two scoops of leadership and a spoonful of coaching will be key ingredients to your success.
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor's Degree in a Finance/Business related field and/or significant work experience
Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision making will be required in this role
SAP Financial Planning Systems Experience is a plus
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Experience understanding the link between business issues and P&L/Cash Flow. Supply Chain Costing experience is preferred.
Prior people management experience is a bonus
