Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and maximizing production efficiency.Your Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery

Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed

Collaborate with other team members to optimize production workflow

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Who we are looking forTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience

Previous experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong technical skills and ability to operate and maintain production equipment

Knowledge of process control systems and troubleshooting techniques

Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
