Description We are currently seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for our esteemed client. This role is part time 20 hours per week. This role will involve providing effective accounts payable support, with a particular focus on 3 way matching, which involves matching the invoice, purchase order and receiving report.Responsibilities:
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements.
Involve in invoice processing, 3 way match, and data entry.
Process cheques, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
Communicate with vendors regarding inquiries and discrepancies.
Maintain and organize vendor files.
Assist in month end closing and provide any necessary reports.
