Construction Services Manager
All About Homes (“AAH”) is a leading custom home builder in the Coldwater, Michigan area and we are growing! We are seeking a Construction Services Manager (“CSM”) to join our management team. You should have 8-12 or more years of residential and/or commercial construction management experience. The CSM will be involved in all facets of the business including project timelines, crew and sub scheduling, project auditing, invoicing, estimates, material procurement, and new bid proposals. The ideal candidate will have a broad familiarity with the residential home construction process and be able to balance scheduling crews and subs while maintaining strong fiscal control of new home build projects. The CSM will interact daily with the AAH owner and the Construction Field Manager who is physically on-site at the various construction sites.
Note: This position requires strong “back-office” skillsets – specifically the ability to establish project timelines, resources, and materials to be allocated across multiple projects. Project costing/estimating skillsets are also important along with experience in material procurement. The ideal candidate combines skillsets in: project planning, financial management, procurement, sub management, and estimating/bid preparation. Candidates could be a former contractor/business owner or a less experienced individual with a strong knowledge of the home construction process and affinity for applying technology and online tools to manage a residential home construction business.

Compensation and Work Schedule:
An annual salary of $55K - $70K depending upon experience.
A performance bonus of up to $10K per year.
Work is on-site Mon-Fri from 7am – 3:30pm at 383 W Chicago St, Coldwater, MI 49036.
Occasional additional hours and some flexibility required.
Paid Vacation and Holiday schedule. No health/medical coverage.
