They will also be responsible for upselling products and maintaining accurate customer records. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who talks to customers to help them with questions or problems they have about the company's products. They also keep track of customer information on the computer.Skill Requirements Must-Have Requirements :

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with a solutions-oriented approach.

CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems for documenting customer interactions.

Data Entry: Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Requirements :

Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office Suite.

Skill Education

Communication Skills: The ability to convey information effectively both verbally and in writing while actively listening to understand others' perspectives.

CRM Systems: Software used by companies to manage interactions with current and potential customers by tracking communications, sales, and other activities.

Microsoft Office Suite: A collection of office-related applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint which are widely used in business environments for creating documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc.

Problem-Solving: The process of finding solutions to difficult or complex issues by thinking critically and creatively.

Data Entry: The act of inputting information into a system or database accurately.
