Description Our Auburn Hills Client is looking for a Collections Specialist. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity. It would start as part-time 24-30 hours per week with the potential to go to permanent. This is an onsite position in Auburn Hills. This Client is looking for 2+ years of Collections experience as well as someone who is comfortable collecting over the phone as well as analyzing and investigation accounts. Requirements - Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses
Prior experience using accounting software
Sound written and verbal communication skills
2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience
Solid understanding of Collections
