We are a small business in need of academic writers. I am looking for the following qualities in an employee:
- Experience with academic writing and editing.
- Native English speaker.
- A willingness to write.
- Familiarity with APA7.
- A willingness to take direction and learn.
- A flexible schedule.
- Able to accommodate fast turnaround times (for a bonus depending on timeframe). - A good sense of responsibility.
- Not in need of insurance.
- A willingness to accept initial training at $16 an hour (if needed).
- Word capability and proficiency.
- Knowledge of track changes use in Word.
- Not a company or organization representing multiple writers (I want to work directly with my writers directly).
- Experience with dissertation-level writing. - Willing to take classes for students.
The hourly pay starts between $16-$18 an hour, depending on experience and capability, or can be by the project (to be discussed).
