Job title: Lead Kitchen and Bathroom Installer
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience with demo, framing & finish trim skills on interiors and exteriors, cabinetry, tiling, drywall, painting, flooring, light electrical/plumbing/HVAC for residential and some commercial buildings.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
As a kitchen and bathroom installer, you will be responsible for crafting custom pieces, completing home renovations, interior and exterior projects to include full kitchen and bath remodels, and ensuring all work is of the highest quality
Construct and install framing, drywall, trim, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and all finishes related to kitchen/bath and all major renovation jobs, including additions and custom homes.
Work with our project management team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Maintain and repair existing structures and fixtures as needed
Keep an organized and clean work area, including tools and equipment
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients throughout the project
Need to work well with a team
Benefits
Pay: Starting at $25-35.00 per hour (based on experience)

8 hour shift, 40 hours per week
