We're actively hiring an experienced deck building crew (2+ man crew) with jobs ready to go right now. An average deck pays $12/sf (framing, decking, railing, stairs) which is at least $2,500/week:

Very clear Scopes of Work are provided for each job so there's no question on what is or isn't being built
Footings are already installed and inspected prior to your arrival at each job, no messing around with dirt or clay at all, material order is on-site, dumpster is on-site, permits done and are on-site everything is ready for you
All debris stays on-site: no dump runs necessary, or no driving to/from a central trash spot each day or even each job
Most decks are large rectangles, with the rare 2nd story deck. No roof overhangs and no curved decks we keep it simple

Get paid every Friday: you get paid for every line item on the job, so nothing is done for free. Adds up to be $12+/sf for an average job (highest in the area). Anything extra like lights, skirting, double picture frame, cocktail board, etc. are all paid extra of course.
You will always get paid even if the homeowner doesn't pay us. No payment is withheld pending inspections or walkthroughs, you get the job done w/ quality and you get paid
Jobs are in the SE Michigan area, we'll keep you close to where you live
Requirements:
Have your own tools and reliable transportation
General Liability insurance (Workers Comp can be waived in most situations)
Keep a clean job site, shirts on, no drug use, professional attitude, start work by 9am
Show up to work consistently/when you say you will, avoid no-call-no-shows, have good communication
