Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Logistics Specilist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, warehouse system integration, EDI/API, inventory monitoring, data entry, data uploading/downloading, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced office/warehouse environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.

Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.

Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Work closely with warehouse team on returned customer merchant and response accordingly

Shipping system integration, EDI/API

Inventory monitoring against shipping record and maintin a accurate system

Assist in planning of pick, pack, ship activities .

Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.

Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and data entry.

Excellent typing skills for efficient communication and documentation.

Familiarity with office and warehouse environments and phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions.
