People's Food Co-op is seeking a permanent, full time Store Support Supervisor!
This person is a key part of a team which assists in overseeing all aspects of store operations. They'll learn and be familiar with all department policies and procedures and have a deep knowledge of all operational departments. They'll anticipate problems and solve them when they arise, primarily in the absence of the Customer Service Manager and department managers.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct others
- Excellent communicator and problem solver
- Retail management and cash management a plus
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
