Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our properties, ensuring a positive living experience for our tenants while maximizing the investment potential for our property owners. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will be key in maintaining our reputation for quality service.
Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure a welcoming environment that encourages tenant satisfaction and retention.
Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, coordinating repairs and improvements to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition. Work closely with vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality service.
Financial Management: Collect rent, manage accounts payable, and prepare financial reports for property owners.
Lease Management: Administer lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and compliance with local laws and regulations. Ensure all necessary documentation is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
Marketing and Leasing: Conduct property showings and facilitate the leasing process to achieve occupancy goals.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance and mitigating risks for the properties under your management, knowledge of City of Ann Arbor inspection rules and regulations.
Qualifications: Arabic / English speaking is preferable.
