Runs from 8/19 through 8/28. It would be 9 days, and the schedule would be as follows:
8/19 9am to Noon
8/20 7:30am to 8pm
8/21 8:30am to 7pm
8/22 8:30am to 7pm
8/23 8:30am to 6pm
8/24 7:30am to 6:30pm
8/25 8:30am to 6pm
8/26 8:30am to 5pm
8/27 8:30am to 6pm
8/28 8:30am to 6pm
What's expected: You would have a schedule for each day which consists of time slots that are 30-60 minutes each, back to back. For each slot you would have a property address/unit in which you would complete a move-out or move-in inspection for. You would walk around the house/unit with the tenant and fill out the inspection form listing any damages, for move-ins you would also take a quick video. It's pretty straightforward work and I have a binder which has all of the information and examples in it to help ensure a smooth day. The 19th would be a training day where you accompany me to some inspections so that you feel confident you know the process, then the 20th through the 28th you would be doing them one on one with the tenants.
This would be a 1099 position and the pay would be $25 per hour. Additionally, since this is an internship, of course we would be willing to give you a formal reference for your resume/future employers.
