We are a small engineering and software company located inside Domino’s Farms and are seeking a part time office manager / bookkeeper. The work days are flexible and can change as your schedule permits. Familiarity with Quickbooks is required.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Ordering supplies as needed
Responding to customer calls and emails and/or routing to the correct person
Invoicing and collecting A/R (interacting with customers by phone and email)
Processing occasional credit card payments received from customers
Sending out invoices for product sales and monthly/quarterly invoicing for services
Maintaining several Excel spreadsheets
Coordinating engineering work tasks and conference calls between our employees and customers.
