Job Overview
Unity Vibration Kombucha, an innovative and growing company in an exciting new better-for-you craft beer segment, is looking for a hard-working, organized, motivated, and focused individual to be Production / Operation Manager for the brewery. Must be able to move quickly, multi-task, carry heavy loads, stay organized, plan well and be a team player. Also work independently, create efficiencies, multi-task and perform desk work at times. A positive attitude and an interest in the kombucha / beer industry is also strongly desired.
Responsibilities
Run production for the brewery, including canning/kegging/bottling - this is a very hands-on position!
Manage brew schedule
Must love physical work
Manage shipping/receiving and order fulfillment to wholesalers
Load trucks at times & keep areas clean
Manage Production & Operations Assistants
Qualifications
3+ years desired of experience in a similar role, strong physically
3+ years desired of experience working with brewery equipment (canning lines, label machines, etc.) and a strong mechanical aptitude
A positive attitude is the key of what we are looking for, as well as the ability to multi-task
