Hardscape Crew Member $24 - $28/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.3+ years ofhardscape installation experience in a professional settingPossess knowledge of current industry standards for hardscape installationsCarry a sense of urgency to complete tasksFollow safety guidelines and proceduresMaintain a clean and safe job site, while ensuring current landscape and property is not damagedMaintain and care for your personal or company provided equipment, tools, and vehiclesAbility to work independently but maintain excellent communication between team and supervisorsADDITIONAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalismAbility to use power and hand toolsLift/carry more than 75+/- poundsWork outdoors for extended periodsSkilled with a brick sawOperating equipment such as tractor, skid steer, and excavatorProperly and accurately take measurementsEDUCATION:This position is preferred to have a minimum education level of: High School Diploma.ICPI Certification encouraged but not requiredEXPERIENCE:This position requires a minimum experience level of 3+ years’ experience.COMPUTER SKILLS:Not applicable.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
