i came here as an MBA student at Ross UOM then met my husband and stay here. I figured i can bring real modern Chinese food US，so i start a small Chinese restaurant at Bethlehem church at downtown Ann Arbor to try, it's called Gai's kitchen.
After one month's operation, now sale is stable and keep growing even without my sign set up, Chinese said it's the best Chinese food in Michigan, American said they never tasted this before. i know i am doing it.
Now, we need more people come to help, we have recipes, we will teach you, just follow it, it's easy.
