We are looking for a Head Chef to run an 80 seat higher end/fine dining Steakhouse & BBQ joint. Must have experience smoking with hardwood or pellets. Must have experience in butchering and dry aging meats. We do not require that you are culinary trained, however we do require that you have a minimum of 5 years as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar operation with references.
