The Food Truck is a fast paced, high volume mobile restaurant that is open for lunch, and the possibility of late-night dining. Work will be in a tight space and in different weather conditions. This is a customer service and food service position. Due to the customer service nature of this position homework, laptops, and other personal electronic devices are not allowed while working.
Job Duties include:
Greets customers, and assists them as needed
Processes sales in a quick and courteous manner
Assist with food prep, truck set up & closing, cleaning
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area including food truck and area around the outside, garbage’s, dishes, work stations
Requirements
Must be physically able to lift 10-15 lbs.
Must be able to push up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Requires long periods of standing
Overhead reaching and bending will be required
Prior customer service is helpful but not necessary
Other requirements:
Must have a vehicle that can tow at least 600Kg.
