Technical Support Location: Ann Arbor, MI Duration: Long Term Contract
Kelly Technology is recruiting for a Technical Support Rep to work on our clients company-wide new computer distribution project. This position will be to assist the second level support team setting up and deploying computer systems. Including working with our computer vendor (HP) on warranty issues, and assisting with a lease turnover cycle. You will be collecting old computers and shipping back. You will need to help set-up new computers and distribute. Idea candidate will have experience installing software and strong organizational skills. You will be working at AA location - some work from home possible. Hours are flexible.Requirements 2 yrs. Troubleshooting experience. Admin skills, to document and organize. Looking for creative thinking, communicates well able to talk openly to others. Basic or advanced experience software installs and equipment deployments. Willingness to learn, Over average motivation, ability to integrate into teams.
