We consider our interns to be our future team members, and we have built our program to reflect this. Our Interns are given project-based work no making copies all summer.
Each intern is given clear objectives to meet, participates in Lunch and Learn sessions with the Leadership Council and has the opportunity to attend multiple team-building activities.
Summer ends with our interns giving presentations on what they learned to our Executive Team (including the CEO!) and other key stakeholders in the organization.
Our paid internships run from mid-May 2020 to mid-August 2020. To be considered, all candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Human Resources : The Domino’s human resources team takes care of the things you would expect for corporate team members.
Like making sure team members get paid. Or researching equitable bonus and benefit plans. They’re also busy sourcing and acquiring top talent and developing programs that help team members get the most out of work and life.
Not to mention they’re providing key stakeholders with metrics and running workforce planning and talent summits. And, if that wasn’t enough, they’re working hard to continually improve corporate benefit programs and make a difference in the lives of team members.

Qualifications
Current sophomore or junior (May 2021 graduates are not qualified)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Leadership and extracurricular activities preferred
Commitment to make a direct impact on company success
