For questions about thisrole, email [email protected] .What You'll DoAs the Program Coordinator, you will support all action-based learning programs across various degree programs primarily through the coordination of student travel and project management. You will research and communicate key travel requirements to students and manage the end to end travel process for up to 500 students. You will also serve as a project liaison to directly support student projects and assist the team on other administrative needs such as marketing and event support. Responsibilities
Travel & Finance Coordination (70%)
Research visa and immunization requirements for students to various international locations
Facilitate visa processing and serve as the main point of contact for students through the visa application process
Manage and record information for all student travelers, ensuring students complete visas, vaccinations, travel health and safety protocols
Communicate with students and staff regarding travel arrangements
Complete expense reports for all student travel, and occasional team member travel
Coordinate and track project sponsor invoicing progress and communicate with OABL and sponsors to ensure prompt payment
Project Management (20%)
Act as liaison, coordinating project logistics between sponsors, faculty, and student teams
Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure project success and collaborate with OABL to address any identified challenges
Be a resource on university policies and procedures.
Marketing & Event Support (10%)
Help create an annual impact report and support other stewardship activities for existing sponsors
Plan and coordinate event logistics (room reservations, catering, room setups) for all programs events
Maintain event calendar, timeline and budgets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience.
Experience handling confidential situations.

This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range.
