Summary:Responsible for carrying out light and heavy cleaning tasks for an environment in an Parish multi-space environment.
Available shift:Monday - Friday 3:30PM-7:30PM schedule is flexible (20 hours per week)Location:Ann Arbor - 48104Pay:From $17.00 per hourEssential Job Functions:
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
Clean and disinfect equipment
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
Remove garbage and recycling
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
Identify and report possible repairs
Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience:
Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
